I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were pretty good too make me feel welcomed and assisted me with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to all the important sites and attractions. The hotel facilities were great and the cleanliness was perfect.

Staying at this venue was amazing! Its location is just perfect as it is close to all attractions and also in a quiet area. The room I stayed in was very spacious, with a great view and all the amenities such as ironing facilities, mini-bar, etc. The staff gave excellent customer service and made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived.

The hotel's location is calm and peaceful, away from the noise of restaurants, but still close to central places and convenient food shops.

The kitchenette in some apartments may be small, making it a little challenging to cook multiple family meals.

The value for money was very nice, with spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, amazing views, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was ideal, with easy access to the tram, restaurants, and Charles Bridge.

the staff were friendly and cute. The suite I stayed in was fine, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed for a self-catering stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from Charles Bridge and other popular attractions. There were plenty of souvenir shops and mini-marts nearby, and a great selection of restaurants to choose from. The tram stop right outside made it convenient for getting to and from the airport. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean, and the staff were always helpful and responsive. my experience at Malostranska Residence was really good, and I will definitely be recommending it to others.

loved our stay at this fairytale accommodation in the center of Prague. Comfy beds, fun hottub for the kids, and amazing decor. The staff was extremely helpful and spoke perfect english. Convenient parking option. Will definitely be our go-to spot in Prague.

Bathroom lighting wakes up others in second bedroom.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just steps away from the famous Charles Bridge. Being able to stay in a small apartment with a kitchen was a huge advantage and made our stay even better. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our entire stay.

The toiletries in the hotel could use an upgrade and it would be great if they restocked them as needed. it would have been nice to have washcloths provided for showering.
